HI everybody,I do not know, why this is happening. Castleton Bowling Cub, was one of the best bowling clubs in the PGL, they held PGL Championship finals, IBA Championship finals, PGL and IBA cup finals. The bowling green and facilities, were excellent, if it is true, about Castleton Bowling Club closing this week, it is a very sad day for the IBA, PGL and Bowls in general.

Sad news if true, I know they had lost a few players this season but the decline there seems to have been very rapid.
Will this then impact promotion and relegation for the league set up?

Sorry to hear that Castleton will no longer be taking part within the PGL.
As a club their facilities were second to none, anytime I played there the standard of curtousy shown was top notch.

Sad day for irish bowls i have many happy memories in the club.feel sorry for the loyal members like Sammy curry and Co, hope the bowlers find a new club and stay involved in the game.
