Big night of bowls last night in Div 3. Well done Nth Belfast on a close but big win over shorts.
Ballymena must have it in the bag and setting a high bar for all the old junior teams to follow! Second place still wide open with a few games left, last game of the season shorts v Shaftesbury could be tense and Belmont may still snatch it yet?

Good to see Shaftesbury doing well in Div3 they should be in division1. That's where they belong. Would be great for everybody at Shaftesbury to get promoted to Div2.

Big Statement saying Shaftesbury should be in Division 1. At present and on the form of the Teams in Divison 1, I would say they would struggle bigtime in that division. Even go as far as saying that they would have their work cut out in Division 2, but, I wish them luck in their remaining games going for promotion as it's a fantastic club and a venue I personally like to play at.
